2. Once you've received an email confirmation from us, we will furnish you with our CIMB account number. At this point, the item will be reserved for you for 5 DAYS.
3. Please deposit your full payment within 5 DAYS. Then, email us editorspickme@gmail.com immediately once payment is made. If payment is not received, Editor's Pick Enterprise reserves the right to release the item to other customers.
4. We will ship the product within 1-2 business days after payment is received. We will then furnish you with the shipping details.
5. Please notify us once the product arrives.
6. Goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless the mistake is from our part (e.g shipping the wrong product, wrong address).
7. We are not responsible for any mishaps after shipment is made (item damage, theft, lost).
